Each individual’s skin is different, and much will depend on the current condition of the skin and the consistency of use. Some individuals report improvements within a couple of weeks, while others take longer. We recommend using the product twice a day for at least 4-6 weeks. It is generally within that amount of time that most customers report the beginning of positive changes in their skin. Better results come over time.

Yes, you can include both in your skincare regimen, but we do not recommend using them simultaneously. The copper in Restoracell oxidizes Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) and causes it to break down rapidly, which means it has no time to get the job done. Because Vitamin C and copper peptides are effective ways to fight different signs of aging, you use Vitamin C serum in the daytime and Restoracell with copper peptides at night.
You can use Retinol with Vitali products, but it is best if they are either used at different times of the day or layered with time in between. For example, Vitali can be used both morning and evening. In contrast, Retinol is recommended for use at night and often only two to three times per week due to potential irritation. If you wish to use both Retinol and copper peptides at night, apply the retinol product and allow 30 minutes for it to absorb into the skin. Then you can follow with Vitali's Skin Awakening Moisturizer, which has calming powers that can offset the dryness caused by Retinol.
Yes! We recommend exfoliating your skin twice a week as part of your weekly skincare routine. While it is essential to buff away dead skin cells, you want to take care not to strip away too many of your skin’s natural oils. We like alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs) as they increase the effects of copper peptides by loosening and exfoliating old and worn-out layers of skin so that newer layers rebuild more quickly. In addition, you may consider Vitali's Gentle Exfoliating Cleanser infused with safflower oil and oat amino acids. It can be used once daily in conjunction with other exfoliating treatments and is ideal for those who cannot tolerate Glycolic Acid.
Yes. While Vitali can repair and protect your skin from UV damage at the cellular level, you should also use a mineral-based sunscreen to protect your skin from sunburn. While free radicals and the sun’s UV rays damage the skin’s ability to regenerate, copper peptides can positively impact skin fibroblasts (cells that generate connective tissue), potentially combating UV damage to the skin barrier. GHK-Cu (copper peptides) the primary ingredient in Vitali Eye/Lash GHK-Cu Advanced increases hair growth and thickness when applied to the brows or carefully at the root line of the eyelashes. It does this by enlarging hair follicle size and stimulating healthy flow to hair follicle roots. It also works to avert hair loss by preventing hair follicles from shrinking in size. It is worth noting that copper peptides work on hair growth differently from traditional remedies and, most certainly, to most of the eyelash growth products on the market. Many of the eyelash growth products use a glaucoma drug called prostaglandins (possible side-effects include the risk that your eyes will change color).

Yes. If shipping outside of the United States, we use USPS and UPS or DHL for international orders. If you do not find your country listed as a destination, email us Support@vitaliskincare.com
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Shipping payment will be collected with the purchase. Shipping is a flat $8.95 for purchases shipped inside Continental US. Shipping is always FREE inside of the contiguous U.S. when the order is over $180.00.
We process orders within 1-2 days. You’ll receive tracking information once your order has been processed. Our shipping partners can get deliveries to most of the United States within 3-5 days.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed within 5 business days. We will notify you through email once this has been completed.
